Guard Tour System Device can not be detected by computer

(model Z-3000/Z-6200/Z-6200C/Z-6200D/Z-6200E/Z-6600/Z-6500D/Z-6200F+/Z-6500F/Z-6800/Z-6700/Z-6900/Z-8000)

 

TIPS: If your device can not be detected by computer , please confirm with your supplier to check whether your device is “free driver “ version .

1. Please must check where device is well USB connection . There will be blue light on for model Z-3000/Z-6200/Z-6200C/Z-6200D/Z-6200E/Z-6600 /Z-6200F+ /Z-6700 when normal USB connection .
2. If you use desktop, please try all USB port for a try .

3. If your system is Win 10, please try below method :
3.1 Uninstall the USB driver (as below).
 After finishing the uninstallation, restart your PC then Windows will reinstall the device automatic

3.2 Disable Fast Startup
If Windows is booting quickly,the external device may not be detected before the boot is completed, then the problem will occur. In this case, disabling the fast boot option in Power Options can resolve the problem.

1. Press Win+R (Windows logo key and R key) at the same time. A Run dialog box will appear.

2. Type control in the run box and click OK button. This is to open Control Panel.

View by Large Icons and click on Power Options.

Select Choose what the power buttons do in left pane.


 Click on Change settings that are corrently unavailable.

 Under Shutdown settings, uncheck the box next to Turn on fast startup (recommended). Then click on Save changes button.

Restart your PC and see if the problem resolves. Note your PC will boot a little slower.

3.3 Change the USB Selective Suspend Settings

In Power Options, click on Show additional plans. (If you tried Method 2, you must know how to go to Power Options. If not, go back to Method 2 and refer the steps to open Power Options.)

Click Change settings that are currently unavailable.

Select High performance and click on Change plan settings.

Click on Change advanced power settings.


Click on Change settings that are currently unavailable


Locate USB settings and expand it.

Expand USB selective suspend setting. Disable both On battery and Plugged in settings.

Click Apply button and restart your computer.

After using methods in this post, you must resolve the Device Descriptor Request Failed error for Windows 10.
