My Guard Clocking System can not send data out online , what should i do ?

If your GPRS /GSM/ 4G guard clocking system can not send out out , please follow below method to try first .

1. Be sure your network info is well set
If your guard clocking reader is with screen, can check the network settings from Menu->About

a. Confirm the server address and port info are correct
server address is the same one which you visit software at PC, like below is www.xjrfid.com
port usually is default 4321

b. confirm if the APN info is correct (this info can be confirmed with your SIM card operator), or you can try different APN , make APN be blank for a try .

 

2. If above can not work , please try with other brand SIM card with similar operation and checking .

 

3. Be sure your device is already registered to software and bind with patrol route .

4. Contact with software manager to check if the data receiver program is well running .

 

5. If you have one more device ,please use same SIM card same settings to try if can work
6. If all above can’t work, please contact with the supplier timely .
