Handheld patrol reader can not be connected with computer
Guard Patrol Reader is an equipment to record time ,location while patrolling. But finally, data stored in patrol reader should be downloaded to computer via USB cable , download data to patrol managements database and analyzing for processing to facilitate scientific management for patrolling work.
User may faced problem that patrol reader can not be recognized by computer , then data can not be be downloaded to software , what may caused this ?
There may some reason can not be recognized , the trouble removal method as below:
- Check whether there is damage or bad contact at communication ports contact pins , if yes should bring it for repairing.
2. Check whether water or sundries get into the communication port. If water and debris are present, remove water and debris.
If fault still can not be solved , please contact with the distributor where you purchased . DON’T disassemble the device without authorization.
