To improve the software performance further and meet more client demand , ZOOY Patrol V6.0 Guard Tour Management Software is added with a new function “ Auto-email “ .
By this , even if supervisor is out of business trip , they can receive a final patrol report by email from his office computer .
How to active “Auto-email “ function ? [please note “Auto-email” function is only workable on version Patrol V6.0.43 / Patrol V6.1.43 and above, please contact your vendor to update your software version if required]
1. Login Patrol V6.0 and go to “ Auto-email “
2. Click “ Add “ to create an “auto-email” info .
You will see there are 2 part should be setup : Mailbox setup and push settings
Suggest to setup “ push settings first”
1. Tick the aim patrol route you want to push
2. There are 3 schedule mode (Daily ,weekly or Monthly). If tick “Daily” , software will send auto-email (report of last day)everyday , if select “Weekly”, software will send auto-email (report of whole last week ) ,if select “Monthly”, software will send auto-email (report of whole last week).
3. Email time . Auto email will be active at that time

Enter sender’s email and receiver’s email
SMTP of sender’s email
Every mail service are with different SMTP. Please go to email settings to open “SMTP and POP 3”, must be sure the SMTP server is correct .
Once Auto-email is active successfully , the receiver’s email will get a email said it is specified with other for email pushing .
