Quick start to run the Guard Partol Management System

Quick Start

Ⅰ . Preparation before go to software

  1. An office use PC with Windows 7 or above system, MAC not supported
  2. Mark check point in order number and put them in order
  3. Patrol device and USB cable

 

Ⅱ. Operation
2.1. Use patrol device to scan these check point in order

2.2. Run software (default account : admin, password :123)
2.3. Card register
2.3.1 Check point register
Follow software pop up page to finish all setup : Set card  (this is necessary step)-> Set Route(this is necessary step)-> Set team-> Set Schedule-> Download data->Check the record

When you click “Set card”, software will go to page CARD REGISTER (as below) , and you can click “Add from device” , then all check points you just scanned at step “1. Use patrol device to scan these check point in order” will be listed as the same scanning order . And then tick all these ID number and select card type as “Address card” to register them and rename these check point



2.3.2 Staff card register (this step is not necessary )
Some client may buy staff ID card if there are several guards to share same patrol device or there are bit guard guards managed in same management software .

Similar operation step as above 2. 3.1 (check point register), just when select the card type , please select it as staff card .

4. Route setup

Route is a gathering of all check point , for example (As below picture), if there is a logistic park, and there are 10pcs check point , then the route can be “Logistic Park ”.
Create a route name in “ Logistic park ” -> Select this route and click “ Add Address ” -> Select check point from check point list and add to your selected route .

5. Set team  (this step is not necessary)

Can follow the software manual for team setup

6. Set schedule
This is to make a patrol plan for security guards everyday .
Tips : Schedule is for whole route , not for one check point .

For example, requirement like these
Route : Logistic Park with 10pcs check point
Working time : Start work on 6:00am every day and end work on 23:00pm . Guard is asked to finish these 10pcs check point every one hour , and should go 17 rounds everyday.

Schedule setup as below :

Now , the basic setup to run this system is finished .
You can do some card for testing , and check report .

1. Till this step, all general software setup is finished, before start patrol , now you need to register your device to software to link it with subordinate Route .

Connect device to software with USB cable, and go to page “Data communication “.

When a new device connected to software at the first , will be asked to choose a route for linking (as below) .

Only link device , then can download patrol data from device by click” Read record” .

Tips : Every time when you want to download data from device to check report , you need to go to communication page to click ” read data”.
