They are assigned with a handheld guard patrol device , when they arrive to every duty zone, punch the guard patrol device to fixed checkpoint tags (a rfid label with global unique ID number , to mark patrol site) . Punch time and location info will be stored on guard patrol device automatically . And manager can collect their guard patrol device every week/ month to get a report quickly within 3 mins to know if they finished all duty area on time , or just finish some parts of area , or they have 10 rounds everyday but actually only finish 2 or 3 rounds everyday .  By this , manager can get correct attendance result easily for their security guard and cleaning staff and take efficient solution in advance to improve employee’s performance .
