A guard tour system is a system for logging the rounds of employees in a variety of situations such as security guards patrolling property, technicians monitoring climate-controlled environments, and correctional officers checking prisoner living areas. It helps ensure that the employee makes his or her appointed rounds at the correct intervals and can offer a record for legal or insurance reasons.
How does guard tour work ?
1. Place checkpoint on patrol site (fixed with screws or glued with structural adhesive directly)
2. Register checkpoint and create patrol schedule with guard patrol software, by this to create rules for patrolling
3. Security guard carry handheld patrol terminal to check patrol site and scan it when arrived , time stamp will be generated automatically and stored in device with evertime scanning
4. Once finished all checkpoint scanning , bring patrol device to software center to download report to guard patrol report with USB cable. Software can analyze data and get result to show if security guard finished all site on time or any omission . Report can be exported with PDF/Excel
