Guards are equipped with ZOOY Z-8000 handheld units that they carry with them when patrolling a route. This patrol hareware makes use of quad-band GSM technology to receive voice calls and to communicate with Web based monitoring software in real time .
Real time incident , SOS message and route information is processed by the Web based software server to alert managers about any problem. Web server manager can also issue a provisional order to handheld units . If guard found anything abnormal for check point , they can take photo to record it , pictures can be sent to Web based software server in real time.
